I have the same perceptions of Force vs Ultegra or even 105 Di2. Shifting noticeable slower especially on the front. Shifting also sounds really loud and forced (no pun), Brakes not nearly as good. SRAM disc rotors with rubbing issues. My Canyon with 105 Di2 came with XT rotors which are great.
