For use with hydraulic disc brakes this version of CX1 lever and disc brake is available separately so that it can be paired with which ever shifter unit you choose. With no front derailleur in the CX1 group this left lever solely operates the front brake thereby dropping some weight. Only gaining marginal size to house the master cylinder for the hydraulic system this brake lever is also very comfortable and SRAM’s Reach Adjust makes it so you can really dial in the fit.
